Everyone starts off at the bronze level.  In the bronze level to get a referral to be considered active they must be from the US and complete at least one offer.  You will still earn your percentage from referrals outside the US they are just not considered active referrals.  You must reach 50 active referrals to move on to the silver level.

At the silver level you receive a few more benefits along with a higher pay percentage.  You will get paid on the 1st of every month instead of the 15th.  You have the payment option of check or direct deposit.  A referral can also become active at this level if they are from the US and complete a daily survey, not just an offer.  The best benefit in my mind is the option to get $1 for every active referral instead of the $3 bonus when a referral reaches their first $10.

At the gold and platinum levels you will just get the increased pay percentage.  When you reach the elite level you have the option of getting paid weekly.
